Jeff Moreton

Jeff has over 30 years defence experience, initially with traditional Engineering Contractors developing maritime systems, then with MOD PDAEPS, and latterly with technical consultancies. These roles have focused on cost & programme management applied to larger platform projects & initiatives, including the defence industrial strategy capability management pilots. Jeff brings a practical knowledge of industrial, consultancy and MOD project disciplines coupled with a thorough understanding of cost models and forecasting techniques.

John Marsh

John has over 15 years defence experience as a consultant, project manager and cost analysis SME. John has particular experience in client facing roles where he is able to negotiate and manage projects involving complex supply chain management. His experience in cost forecasting, cost analysis, schedule analysis and risk management coupled with wide experience across the defence domains make him a highly adaptable consultant.

Andrew Page

Andrew has over 15 years of defence experience in the application of portfolio, programme and project management techniques in large organisations. Andrew has a reputation and track record for taking on complex and challenging problems and delivering high quality solutions. He has worked mainly on large government procurement programmes across a number of defence domains both in the UK and Middle East, and has considerable transferable skills.

Mike Gruber

Mike has over 16 years’ experience in Defence Acquisition. He has developed a reputation for taking on complex and challenging projects and achieving high quality deliverables. Mike has been delivering projects and programmes in support of UK Armed Forces across domains including C4ISTAR, Maritime, and ISS. Mike’s key strength is his ability to effectively plan and prioritise his workload to manage complex business objectives. He builds professional, effective relationships with stakeholders to assist the client deliver projects. Logical and enthusiastic, Mike possesses an inclusive leadership style.

Nadia Kottegoda

Nadia has worked across the Aerospace, Defence and Security & Intelligence markets, successfully contributing to system delivery, business change and system certification on a number of complex and high value projects. Using specialist knowledge combined with excellent people skills and a proactive work ethic, Nadia has a strong record in delivering high quality and timely systems engineering within difficult stakeholder environments. Professional interests include requirements capture & elaboration, functional analysis and operational & system-level architecture design.

Jack Attan

Jack has worked on high value projects across Defence, Intelligence & Security sectors, employing specialist insight and developing strong relationships with stakeholders, to successfully contribute to enterprise level system delivery, business analysis, and change implementation in complex environments. Jack takes a proactive and pragmatic approach to tackling complex and challenging projects with enthusiasm. He continuously learns and implements new skills & techniques, producing high quality results.

Tim White

Tim has 20 years’ experience of working in defence and aerospace. He is a capable consultant who specialises in the quantification and analysis of defence systems. He has a good knowledge of the industry, and is able to apply his experience across a variety of domains. Capable of working alone or as part of a team, he is resilient under pressure, and brings an enthusiastic and up-beat attitude to his work. He is a natural problem solver, with a reputation for getting the job done on time.

John-Paul Dennison

John-Paul (JP) has over 18 years’ experience working in multi-national engineering teams within complex enterprises. He is a highly capable systems engineer who performs a range of technical roles including requirements capture, architecture, and design of complex GeoINT enterprises, as well as planning and executing complex transition activities. He is an innovative problem solver, leader, and team player, and is highly effective at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Adam Hughes

Adam joins us in the early stages of his career having spent several years working as a Defence Engineering & Science Group (DESG) graduate. He has a mechanical engineering background and has worked with Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) and in Front Line Command organisations. His focus to date has been in the ISTAR domain, primarily on unmanned air systems. He has chosen to pursue a career in project management after demonstrating a natural flair for it during one of his placements. He enjoys working closely with stakeholders as part of a team to help deliver programmes and projects.

Andy North

Andy is a Chartered Engineer (IET), Project Professional (APM), Manager (CMI) and recognised Fellow of the associated Professional Institutions. He has over 20 years successful delivery and leadership experience in complex programmes in C4ISTAR, Defence Digital, MODAF Development, IT Transformation, Future Business Concepts and Business Change (DE&S Materiel Strategy Programme). Andy embraces the challenge of understanding how his programme level skills and experience can be applied to different sectors, scenarios and delivery approaches. As an experienced leader he has an open, honest and methodical but versatile approach with clients. He applies intelligent and creative thinking to build positive relationships, generating good two-way communication which yields the desired benefits for all.

Josh Tasker

Josh is an experienced engineer with expertise in System Design, Development and Administration. He has expertise and experience in delivering modern solutions incorporating cloud infrastructure, containerized applications and infrastructure as a code. He is particularly knowledgeable and passionate about the usage and benefits of Open-Source software, in particular Linux-based operating systems. Josh has an excellent record of delivery and a reputation of deep technical knowledge combined with a tenacious problem-solving attitude. He works well in teams, enjoys training other team members and is often called upon to lead technical delivery projects.

Dr Olivia Williams

With eight years of practical experience across the international emergency realm, Olivia has deployed to natural disaster and conflict affected territories as a lead member of international response teams. Bearing witness to the data-related vulnerabilities circulating between partners operating across fragile, conflict and violence (FCV) zones, Olivia has valuable expertise and in-depth knowledge of cyber-attack surface and information security concerns. Olivia has worked with international development organizations, government agencies and human rights NGOs on their risk awareness and InfoSec capabilities and possesses qualitative and quantitative analysis skills enabling her to consider ICT influence as she conducts human-centered investigations. Olivia’s expertise in these domains is marked by the completion (2020) of a Ph.D in Washington D.C., submitting a thesis entitled 'The Interface of Information Security, Cyber Security, Risk, and Privacy on the Humanitarian Frontline’.

Rishi Patel

Rishi graduated this year (2021) from the University of Surrey with a First Class (Hons) in Computer Science. As part of this he completed a year in industry where he picked up practical experience in software development and database administration. Rishi joins our team as a DevOps Engineer with experience in designing and implementing web applications and machine learning tools. He has worked on various collaboration projects where he has developed his communications and team building skills, and knowledge of what it takes to lead development teams. Rishi enjoys constantly learning new technologies especially those related to DevOps, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Software Development.

Jonathan Warman

Jon has over 20 years’ experience in project management and software engineering. He has led multiple projects in parallel and with large multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex software projects ensuring compliance with safety standards such as ED-109 and DO-178B. Jon's strong technical background and attention to detail allows effective and robust planning of large projects, including managing risks and incorporating dependencies. Jon has a high commercial awareness and builds strong customer relationships to ensure delivery against obligations and expectations.

Hiren Odedra

Hiren is an experienced GIS consultant with over 15 years working across the defence and security sectors. Hiren has a proven track record in providing technical leadership and design authority governance, with experience ranging from technical design delivery of geospatial solutions (on-premises & cloud), GIS (Esri) subject-matter expertise, and as the engagement lead across various Defence branches (Joint, Land, Air and Maritime). As an experienced technical leader, he has an open, honest and methodical but versatile approach with clients, acting as a Trusted Advisor, to maximise the value from GIS (Esri and related applications) investments. He works closely with customers, system integrators and vendors to manage and integrate spatial and non-spatial data holdings and geospatial applications.

Tim Griffiths

Tim joins us as a Project Manager after spending three years as a Civil Servant with the MOD working across the DE&S and Defence Digital organisations. Tim started out on the graduate scheme before being promoted into his first roles which covered the Project Management and Project Controls domains. Tim is enthusiastic, a great communicator, and likes to form long lasting, effective working relationships. Tim’s experience ranges from the management of complex Defence IT projects through to project controls management support at the portfolio level. He has a proven ability to deliver high quality outputs within tight time constraints and is keen to embrace the challenge of applying his skills and experience across different sectors, scenarios and delivery approaches.

Oliver Wright

Oliver is a Mechanical Engineering graduate who studied at the University of Northumbria, Newcastle. During his time there he studied sustainable energy systems including photovoltaics and advanced battery systems, culminating in his final year project which tested the performance of electrical vehicle batteries at varying temperatures. Throughout his time at university he was a member of the Defence Technical Undergraduate Scheme which offered a great insight into the inner workings of defence. Oli joins our team as a Junior Project Manager in the early stages of his Project Management career. Oli has a strong engineering and technical background, as well as good communications and leadership skills developed as part of the Defence Technical Undergraduate Scheme and Officer Cadet training.
